Email Canvas Node Support

Getting started

Open a board, choose a tool, then double-click or double-tap blank canvas where a placement tool is active. Double-click text or a node to edit it.

Apple Pencil

On iPad, Apple Pencil draws by default while one finger pans and zooms. Use Pencil double-tap to switch quickly between drawing and erasing.

Lesson recording

Recording is available on Mac. Choose the destination before recording, configure microphone or camera, and stop when the lesson is complete. The MP4 exports automatically.

Exporting

Export a board as PNG or PDF from Mac or iPad. Mac can also export recorded lessons as MP4. Watermarks used while working are not included in board exports.

Autosave and recovery

Canvas Node keeps local safety copies while you work. Save important boards as source files and keep exported lessons in a backed-up folder.

Purchases

Canvas Node Pro is a one-time App Store purchase. Apple handles payment and purchase restoration. Use Restore Purchases when reinstalling on a device signed into the same Apple Account.

The final minimum OS versions will be confirmed on the App Store product page before release.
